Advancing Aquaculture: Training on Improved Fish Culture Technologies by SEP-Fisheries Project

Aquaculture, the farming of aquatic organisms, has played a crucial role in meeting the world’s growing demand for fish and seafood. Bangladesh, known for its extensive network of rivers and fertile lands, has embraced aquaculture as a significant contributor to the economy.

To further enhance this sector, the Social and Economic Enhancement Programme for Fisheries (SEP-Fisheries) project, implemented by Thengamara Mohila Sabuj Sangha (TMSS) under the guidance of the Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), recently organized a training program on “Improved Fish Culture Technologies.”

The SEP-Fisheries team has already conducted “the Improved Fish Culture Technologies” training in Bogura, Mymensingh, Natore and Gopalganj.
